As you look forward to coming to your apointment there are a few things you can do to prepare. Our intention is to support you every step of the way.

There are few things you can do directly before your appointment. Avoiding drinking coffee for an hour before your appointment helps us. Another thing you can do is to listen to some downloadable files that may help you get used to your therapists voice, and the feeling of hypnosis. It’s best to do this in the evening when you are ready to go to sleep.
